Raw Marketing Group
Building the Future, One Click at a Time
How Breeze and Raw Marketing Group are redefining digital growth for small businesses through strategy, innovation, and a touch of human brilliance.
The Spark That Started It All
Inside a bustling Las Vegas coworking space, Breeze leans back in his chair, his phone lighting up with notifications from clients across the country. His voice is calm, confident, and charged with quiet energy, the kind that comes from building something entirely on your own terms. “At Raw Marketing Group,” he says, “we believe in marketing that evolves with you.”
That simple statement captures the essence of everything Breeze stands for. His agency doesn’t just run ads or post on social media; it builds intelligent marketing ecosystems designed to help small businesses grow sustainably. With its omnichannel strategy and AI-driven systems, Raw Marketing Group is helping business owners not just survive the digital age, but master it.
But to understand the man behind the movement, you have to rewind a few years, to a moment when Breeze’s life could have gone in a completely different direction.
From Circuits to Campaigns
Before he became a marketing strategist and community leader, Breeze was a robotics student studying electrical engineering. He laughs when he talks about it now. “I was going for robotics engineering, which you need a master’s for,” he recalls. “But I just had more of a passion for business as I learned more and more about it.”
That passion didn’t ignite in a classroom. It began when a friend serving in the Marine Corps introduced him to digital marketing from halfway across the world. “He was in Japan, learning about marketing,” Breeze says. “He came to me like, ‘Dude, you’d be great at this with the way you think about numbers and systems.’”
What started as a shared experiment turned into an entrepreneurial calling. Breeze and his friend launched e-commerce stores, flipped them for profit, and eventually founded their own agency, WeFix Brands. After several years, Breeze exited that venture and struck out on his own, creating Raw Marketing Group, a business built on adaptability, intelligence, and community impact.
Unlike many agencies that limit themselves to niche industries, Breeze decided to embrace variety. “A lot of marketing firms say, ‘We only work with lawyers or med spas,’” he explains. “I work with small businesses because I thrive on challenges. I want to learn something new, face problems I’ve never solved before, and build systems around them.”
Learning the Hard Way
Success didn’t come without lessons. Breeze’s biggest challenge wasn’t technical; it was human.
“I had to learn the hard way that you just can’t want it for people more than they want it for themselves,” he admits. “Sometimes clients think marketing is a switch. They turn it on, money starts rolling in, and they can step away. But it doesn’t work that way.”
He’s quick to point out that growth is a partnership, not a transaction. “If you were networking and closing deals before hiring us, and now we’re bringing you more leads, that’s great. But if you stop doing what worked before, you’ll stall,” he says. “You can’t just hand us the keys and disappear. You still have to drive.”
That realism defines Breeze’s approach, equal parts visionary and no-nonsense. He’s not just selling services; he’s teaching entrepreneurs how to think long-term. “I like to look five years ahead,” he says. “Most people are focused on next month. I can’t project your business forward for you; you either have a vision or you don’t.”
Innovation as a Mindset
For Breeze, innovation isn’t just about technology; it’s about mindset. His background in electrical engineering gave him a knack for logic and systems, but his curiosity about AI turned that skill into something transformative.
“I kind of have cheat codes,” he says with a grin. “I have a partially photographic memory, so I can recall experiences and apply them to new situations.” With a team of over 20 specialists and more than 200 detailed systems and procedures, Breeze has built an organization that thrives on structure without losing creativity.
His obsession with AI gives Raw Marketing Group a distinct edge. “I’ve always had a passion for AI,” he says. “It’s like the marriage between what I studied and what I love doing now. I’m always testing new tech, always looking for ways to integrate it into marketing before everyone else catches on.”
That early-adopter mentality is what led him to launch Social Content Masters, a sister company that handles everything from scriptwriting and filming to editing and posting. Together, these two ventures create a full-spectrum marketing experience, human-led, tech-powered, and relentlessly forward-thinking.
Simplifying the Digital Chaos
In a world where attention spans last seconds and businesses are overwhelmed by endless tools and trends, Breeze has one mission: simplify.
“I think people just feel like it’s harder than it really is,” he says. “There’s so much digital distraction. People can only focus for a few seconds before scrolling on. My goal is to help them focus on one or two things that’ll create massive wins.”
Through workshops, consulting, and community outreach, he’s teaching local entrepreneurs in Las Vegas how to reclaim clarity and build momentum. “I’m on a few different boards helping organizations structure their marketing,” he explains. “It’s all about giving people a head start so they’re not starting from zero. I want to get them to level one or two, and then help them grow from there.”
The Power of Presence
When it comes to visibility, Breeze practices what he preaches. Despite juggling a packed client list, he’s known throughout Las Vegas for his hands-on approach and event appearances.
“Most of my business comes from word of mouth and events,” he says. “I do workshops, I speak at things, and I stay visible. Even when I’m not posting as much because we’re too busy, the network keeps growing.”
His websites, rawmarketinggroup.com, socialcontentmasters.com, and breezefromraw.com act as digital gateways to his brand. But for Breeze, an online presence isn’t just marketing—it’s survival.
“If you don’t have an online presence, you’re doing business like it’s the 1900s,” he says, shaking his head. “People won’t work with you if they can’t find anything about you. You don’t go to Amazon and buy a product with two reviews and three stars. You don’t eat at a restaurant with three stars when the one next door has a thousand reviews. It’s the same thing with business. You have to build those virtual doorways.”
The Road Ahead
Even with a full team, a thriving client base, and two successful brands, Breeze is far from done. The next 12 months are about scaling smarter.
“I’m working with my business coach right now,” he says. “I want more automation, more separation between me and the customer, so I can serve more people. I want to train more people to do what I do so I can focus on outreach and PR.”
He pauses, thoughtful but determined. “We’re growing toward the next 50 employees and that $10 million mark. I think we can do it this year.”
It’s not bravado, it’s belief. The same kind of belief that turned an engineering student into a digital visionary.
A Message for the Future
Before wrapping up, Breeze leaves readers with one final piece of advice, a statement that captures his ethos perfectly.
“Don’t scoff at AI,” he says plainly. “If you don’t use it now, you’ll be behind later. Most people barely touch it; they ask vague questions and get vague answers. But if you learn how to ask the right questions, you’ll get ten times the value.”
Through his “Build-a-Thon” events, Breeze teaches people how to create their own apps and software using AI, no coding required. “You can literally say, ‘Build me a platform that teaches eighth-grade math,’ and it’ll do it,” he says. “That’s the future. And if you learn it now, you’ll be far ahead of everyone else.”
For Breeze, marketing isn’t about algorithms or ad spend, it’s about empowerment. It’s about helping businesses, and the people behind them, see what’s possible when they embrace change instead of fearing it.
